It is allowed to bring non-alcoholic drinks and snacks to the tours.

Are all the services suited for everyone?

Children younger than 6 years old are not allowed.

Our expeditions are not suited for people with severe physical disabilities, heart diseases, pregnant women and for people under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Must an adult be for the children?

Yes, there must be a responsible adult for the children.

What is the maximum weight for the activities with Zip lines, rappel or kayak?

267 lbs. or 120 Kg.

What is the minimum height for the activities?

3.6 ft. or 1.10 m.

Do I have to bring biodegradable suntan lotion and mosquito repellent?

Yes, please only bring biodegradable suntan lotion and mosquito repellent.

Do you offer a vegetarian menu?

The parks or tours do not offer a specific vegetarian menu, but you can find in some potato patties, beans, rice, vegetable soup, salad, tortillas and fruit of the season.

Do we have to bring money with us?

It is highly recommended you bring cash, debit or credit card, since you can buy the photo service, buy souvenirs, and if you got an excellent service to give a tip to the guide or staff.

What happen if it rains?

We continue. In the case of thunderstorms, we will bring you to a protected place.

What is a Cenote?

Is a natural pit or sinkhole, resulting from the collapse of limestone bedrock that exposes groundwater underneath.

What is the minimum age for Rio Secreto – underground cenote?

Children under 4 years old are not allowed.

What is the minimum age for Scuba Diving?

The minimum age is 12 years old.

What is the minimum age for snorkeling?

The minimum age is 6 years old.

Must an adult accompany the children?

Yes, there must be a responsible adult for the children.

Can I take my camera inside the cenote?

To protect the visitors and the cave, it is not allowed to bring the cameras inside. However, you can always take photos outside the cave.

Do you include the equipment for scuba diving?

No, in case you did not brought your equipment there is an additional 15 USD fee for a full equipment rental. It includes, BDC, regulator, mask, fins and wetsuit.

Do you include the equipment for snorkeling?

Yes, it includes the equipment.

For XPLOR: wear long shorts, t-shirts, swim suits and water shoes that can be attached to your ankles.

For XOXIMILCO: bring comfortable clothes and clothing for cold in case the temperature drops in the night.

How can I pay?

Select the services you want to buy and use PayPal. You can pay either with your own PayPal Account or with debit or credit card.

How do I get my tickets?

Once you have payed, you will get an e-ticket. Please print it and bring it with you the day of the tour.

Do I have to bring my ID?

Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Xplor and Xoximilco please bring a copy from your ID and if you payed with a bank card, also a copy. In case, someone else, made the payment for you, please bring a copy of the ID from the person and a copy from their bank card.

Do I have to bring the ID for my child?

Yes, you need to bring a copy from your child´s ID.

Can I change the date of my ticket?

Yes, you may change them until 4 days before it takes place and during the next 6 months.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No, we do not accept changes to another name.

I could not print my ticket?

Send us an email to info@allesplaya.com explaining you could not print it and we will send you via email the ticket, so you can print it before arriving to the tour.

Can I show my electronic reservation, instead of the copy?

No, please bring a copy of the ticket, of the ID and from the bank card.

Can I cancel the service I bought?

Reservations cancelled within more than 4 days in advance before the booking date are subject to a 30% administrative fee. From day 4-0 or in case of no show, reservations are non-refundable.
