How can I book a reservation?

The best way is through our website, you can click in the following link.

We suggest booking your ride 24 hours in advance, so we can ensure we can provide you with the service.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We are monitoring the flight 2 hours in advance to know exactly at what time you will arrive.

If your inbound flight is delayed or cancelled, please call  or send a whatsapp  +5219988501010 as soon as possible.

How can I change my reservation?

If you need to change your arrival or departure, please call us as soon as possible or send us an email 24 hours prior to your departure.

How can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations within 48 hours of departure will incur a 100% cancellation charge.

In case of “No Show“, you will be charged the full price.

How many pieces of luggage can I bring with me?

We follow the luggage airlines policy. Each person is allowed two checked bags and two carry-on items.

Contact us if you have an oversized or extra luggage.

Can we stop to buy groceries?

Yes, the driver can stop at a convenience store, OXXO or any other grocery store for an additional cost of $30 USD per hour. Please let us know when you are making the reservation or 48 hours in advance.

What if I do not find my location?

Send us a message and we will contact you as soon as possible to help you.

Can I pay the round trip individually?

If you want to pay the round trip individually, you are losing the discount rate.

Are your drivers qualified?

All our drivers have a Federal Drivers License. Our team is carefully selected and approved, to give you a safe ride and the best service in the Riviera Maya.

Shall I tip the driver?

Tipping is optional. A suggestion is 10 to 15%.

Do you provide children’s seats?

We offer complimentary children seats and booster seats. Both available upon request and subject to availability.

To secure the car seats must be done by the customer due to insurance regulations.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Yes, you may. During the transfer your pet must be kenneled.

Can you provide service for a group?

Yes, we do. We will provide you with transportation to the activities you want to do or any event where you want to go.

Can you pick up part of my group in another terminal?

Yes, we can. The additional fee will be $5 USD. Please let us know in advance by an email or a whatsapp.
