Terminal 2
Once you exit the main sliding door, the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name.

Terminal 3
After going out the glass sliding door, the driver will be waiting for you on your right in the pedestrian way.

Terminal 4
Use the left door, which says HOTEL SHUTTLE. You will walk approximately 2 minutes and the driver will be holding a sign with your name.

If you arrive to terminal 2 and need to go to terminal 3, you can use the free shuttle that Cancun Airport provides, it goes every 20 minutes
